Allison Downey qualified as a Midwife and Nurse from University College Cork in Ireland. She has vast experience in antenatal care, delivery suites and postnatal care in both private and public settings. Allison currently works for a leading London NHS hospital and is passionate about empowering women and their partners throughout pregnancy. Allison is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. In addition to this, she is an active member of the Royal College of Midwives and the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
Allison is one of the teachers on the Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training course.
