About Diane King, Pregnancy and Fertility Yoga Teacher at the Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training School



Diane King, Yoga TeacherDiane King qualified as a Yoga Teacher through the Simon Low Yoga Academy in October 2006. She is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Accredited Teacher and a Yoga Alliance Professionals Registered Teacher (200 Level). She specialises in pregnancy, birth preparation, and fertility yoga. In addition to this, Diane also teaches postnatal and restorative yoga.

She creates a balanced practice between dynamic and restorative poses, focusing on breath, alignment and releasing tension from the mind and body. Her style is honest and open and encourages us to find the humility and humour in ourselves.

Diane is one of the teachers on the Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training course. She is also one of the teachers on the Yoga Mama Fertility Yoga Teacher Training CPD workshop.

Yoga Mama Wellness runs a wide variety of  general, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, Pilates and tai chi classes in its Putney studio. There are classes to suit the needs of everyone. We also offer rehab classes for those with injuries or looking to return to exercise.
