Yoga Mama Wellness specialises in pregnancy and postnatal services. They run several pregnancy yoga and Pilates classes throughout the week, along with periodical Yoga for Birth Preparation and Hypnobirthing courses for women in the latter stages of pregnancy.

As well as this, Yoga Mama Wellness also offers postnatal Pilates for women who are looking to return to optimum health after childbirth. Lastly, they also run Mum and Baby Yoga courses, which allow new mothers the chance to practise yoga and share experiences with new found friends.
