YOGA CLASSES IN PUTNEY
Yoga Mama offers a broad selection of Yoga classes in Putney through its affiliate Yoga Mama Wellness. Run by Senior Yoga Teacher Cherie Lathey, it is a bright, sunny, private yoga studio located in the heart of Putney, south-west London.
SPECIALISTS IN PREGNANCY YOGA & PILATES
Yoga Mama is Putney's premier and longest serving pregnancy yoga studio, specialising in Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates. We run group classes, with 1:1 sessions also available upon request. Alongside this, we occasionally run Birth Preparation Yoga workshops tailored for women in the final stages of pregnancy. The studio was recently listed in the top 10 pregnancy yoga classes in London by Timeout.
POSTNATAL YOGA & PILATES
As well as this, we offer Postnatal Pilates for women who are looking to return to optimum health after childbirth. Last but not least, we also offer postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga. These fun classes, in which baby also participates, allow new mums the chance to practise yoga and share experiences with new found friends.
In line with Covid-19 Social Distancing Regulations from the UK Government, Yoga Mama Wellness has temporarily suspended all in-studio classes until further notice. In the meantime, we will continue to provide group classes and 1:1 sessions online via Zoom.
- 1:1 in-studio classes resume the week commencing 12 April 2021.
- In-studio group classes are due to resume from 17 May 2021.
