Classes & Workshops

Yoga Mama Wellness is a bright, sunny, private Yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of Putney, south-west London. Our studio offers a quiet space in which to practise Yoga and Pilates. We count on the experience of our team of dedicated and highly qualified teachers. In addition, we work closely with our colleagues at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. Our ethos is to offer our students individual attention. For this reason, we deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 6 to 12 students per class. By doing this, it allows us to create a sense of community within the classroom.

OUR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

At our studio in Putney, we offer a variety of mat-based group Yoga and Pilates classes. In order to offer our students a bespoke experience, we keep our class numbers small. By doing this, we are able to offer each student individual attention, while creating a sense of community. For those who prefer to practise from home, we also offer most group classes online. 1:1 private tuition is also available both in our studio and online. In addition to this, we also run workshops from time to time covering a variety of disciplines.
