Class & Workshop Times

On this page you can find the timetable for classes, courses and workshops at Yoga Mama Wellness. You can also use the timetable to book into your favourite classes. For information about single class and multi-class passes, visit our prices page.


We run some of our classes as short courses. These are generally from 4 to 6 weeks in duration. Once an advertised course starts, online booking closes, which means students will not be able to join. However, if there are any places available, we may open these up as drop-in spaces. All course bookings must be made in advance using our online booking system, with enrolment closing 60 minutes before the advertised class start time. Courses are valid for the duration of the advertised date. This means that any missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.
