At Yoga Mama, our wellness classes are led by our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers. We deliberately keep our groups small, with an average of 6 to 12 students per class, so as to allow individual attention. This also helps us to build a sense of community within the classroom. Unless specified, most of our group sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.
We specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates. In addition, we also run other Yoga and Pilates classes in our Putney studio and online. Machine-based Reformer Pilates sessions are also available through our colleagues at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. 1:1 private tuition is also available upon request.

Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking. Yoga Mama operates a class pass system on its wellness classes. These passes are available for single classes, and blocks of 5 and 10 classes. For full information about the passes, visit our prices page.
We offer private 1:1 tuition both in our studio in Putney and online. These sessions are not available to book online. To book a 1:1 session, please send an email to Cherie Lathey on email@example.com or call 07939 589 083.
