BIRTH PREPARATION YOGA AND BREATHING

Our Birth Preparation Yoga and Breathing classes combine breathing techniques and birth preparation yoga. We have designed this class specifically for women who are in the final stages of pregnancy (from week 32 onwards). This is a time when expectant mums most need to quieten the mind, let go of time pressures and constant doing.

CLASS OUTLINE

We have designed these bespoke classes to suit individual needs. However, as a general rule, we cover the following topics:

  • The natural physiology of birth
  • Yoga movement and birth positions
  • Breathing practices
  • Restorative relaxation

OUR CLASSES

These classes are suitable for women in the later stages of pregnancy (week 32 onwards). At present, we offer these classes on a private 1:1 basis at our studio in Putney. Online sessions are also available on request.

1:1 SESSIONS

At this time, we are unable to take online bookings for private classes on our booking system.
