Mum and Baby Yoga is a great way to spend time with your baby in a relaxed environment. You can gain confidence in handling your baby, learn how to soothe colic, aid sleep, etc. Women can come back into their bodies and start to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding their baby.
OUR MUM AND BABY YOGA CLASSES
Learn how to soothe yourself and your baby by using rhythm and breathing techniques. These classes are also a great place to connect with other women who are going through the same experiences as you. The classes are for babies, from new-born up until they are mobile (rolling, crawling, etc…). We currently offer Mum and Baby Yoga as four or five week courses, which are only available in our studio in Putney. 1:1 sessions are also available upon request.
BOOKING A CLASS
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.
We operate a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit our prices page for more information about the types of passes available and prices.
We currently offer 1:1 sessions at our studio and online upon request. These sessions are unavailable to book online.
