POSTNATAL PILATES

Postnatal Pilates classes are ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. There is a strong focus on working the core muscles that become weakened during pregnancy. These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend that women refrain from participating in Postnatal Pilates classes before this time.

OUR CLASSES

Yoga Mama Wellness specialises in Postnatal Pilates at our studio in Putney, south-west London. We deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 6-12 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers, while also promoting a sense of community. Women are more than welcome to bring their babies along to the class. However, please note that they do not participate in the class. We offer group Postnatal Pilates classes at our studio in Putney. In addition to this, 1:1 tuition is also available on demand. Babies are welcome at these classes. However, please note that they do not participate.

BOOKING A CLASS

Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.

You can also use the Acuity Scheduling App to book classes on your mobile or tablet. This is available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

CLASS PASSES

We operate a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit our prices page for more information about the types of passes available and prices.

1:1 SESSIONS

At this time, we are unable to take online bookings for private classes. If you would like to book a 1:1 session, please call Cherie Lathey on 07939 589 083 or send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk. We offer single sessions and block bookings of 5 and 10 sessions. There is a 10% discount on blocks of 10 sessions. For more information, visit our prices page.
