Our monthly slow and meditative Yin and Yoga Nidra workshops fuse yin, restorative and yoga nidra practices. They offer a quiet space to slow down and unwind. This deeply relaxing 90-minute class will incorporate long hold yin stretches, breathing, and a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to nourish both the mind and body. This combination can be an excellent way to combat the stress of modern living. Yoga nidra is often described as “yogic sleep, where you are awake and aware, but become deeply relaxed. The benefits can include improved sleep, memory and creativity.
BOOKING A CLASS OR WORKSHOP
Places on our in-studio group classes and workshops are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class or workshop, you will need to book online in advance. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.
