5-WEEK COURSE WITH CHERIE LATHEY

This class facilitates a gentle return to yoga and exercise for postnatal women. It is a space for women to come back into their bodies and to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy and when feeding their baby.
WHY DO POSTNATAL YOGA?
- It will help overall posture.
- Strengthen the back, abdominals and pelvic floor muscles.
- Lower stress and tension.
- Rejuvenate both the mind and body.
- Increase energy and inner calm.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Please note that this class is for mamas only and babies do not attend. If you would like to practise with your baby, our Mum and Baby yoga classes are for you.

Use the interactive timetable below to book your space on the course. Please note that once the course has started, you will no longer be able to sign up. However, should there be any spaces free, we will make these available as drop in spaces.
BOOKING A CLASS
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.
We operate a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit our prices page for more information about the types of passes available and prices.
We currently offer 1:1 sessions at our studio and online upon request. These sessions are unavailable to book online.
