Yoga Flow and Tone is a flowing, energising class, which is based on the Vinyasa Yoga system of synchronising breath and movement. We work on both strength and flexibility, in what is often described as a moving meditation. By moving from posture to posture in a flowing grounded sequence, internal heat is created and stamina is enhanced. This class is a a tonic for both the mind and body.
OUR YOGA FLOW AND TONE CLASSES
Our Yoga Flow classes are suitable for all levels; whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen and develop your knowledge and understanding of the practice. This class is a combination of different yoga techniques in which we look at posture and breath work. It is also suitable for women who have taken our Postnatal Yoga classes.

Use the interactive timetable below to book your space on the course. Please note that once the course has started you will no longer be able to join. Should there be any spaces free, we will offer these as drop ins.
BOOKING A CLASS
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.
You can also use the Acuity Scheduling App to book classes on your mobile or tablet. This is available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
CLASS PASSES
Yoga Mama Wellness operates a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit our prices page for more information about the types of passes available and prices.
1:1 SESSIONS
We currently offer online and in-studio 1:1 Yoga Flow upon request. These sessions are unavailable to book online.
